Our hotel is located in the absolute heart of Srinagar, opposite the temple below Dalgate, Jammu & Kashmir, India (190001). We are situated just 500 meters from the iconic Dal Lake and within comfortable walking distance of the Tourist Reception Center (TRC).

We are located approximately 13 kilometers away from the Srinagar International Airport. Airport transfer shuttles can easily be coordinated directly through our travel desk desk.

Our standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and the standard check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out requests are subject to room availability and may incur nominal charges.

2. Dining & Dietary Preferences

No. Our in-house kitchen, the New Mamta Restaurant, is a certified 100% pure vegetarian culinary haven. We strictly do not store, cook, or serve any non-vegetarian food items on our premises

Yes, we specialize in diverse regional cuisines. We offer a dedicated, authentic Jain food menu prepared strictly without onion, garlic, or root vegetables, alongside rich Punjabi, Gujarati, South Indian, and Indo-Chinese favorites.

Absolutely. We specialize in group tourism and feature completely separate kitchen and dining facilities dedicated solely to catering to large tour groups and operators.

Yes. To ensure our guests face no disruptions from local utility cuts, we provide robust 24-hour power backup (220v) systems alongside a continuous, round-the-clock supply of running hot and cold water across all rooms.

Yes. We feature an expansive, secure car and bus parking lot directly on our property, allowing families and commercial tour bus operators to park with total peace of mind.

Yes, our dedicated in-house travel desk, New Mamta Tours & Travels, can manage all your itineraries, vehicle rentals, and regional transfers. Because we are located just 500 meters from Dal Lake, traditional Shikara boat rides can be arranged right from our doorstep area.

4. Payments & Cancellation Policies

We accept cash, net banking, and all major credit/debit cards securely at our front desk terminals.

To firmly secure your room booking, a 50% advance deposit is strictly required within 48 hours of receiving your confirmation. The remaining 50% balance must be cleared and settled in full before or at check-in. Provisional bookings without an advance payment are subject to an automatic release by our system.

Refunds are processed systematically according to the timeline of your cancellation request relative to your check-in date:

30 Days or more before check-in: 80% refund of the total booking amount.
15 Days before check-in: 60% refund of the total booking amount.
08 Days before check-in: 40% refund of the total booking amount.
03 Days before check-in: 25% refund of the total booking amount.
01 Day before check-in: 10% refund of the total booking amount.
Same day / No Show: No refund (0%) will be issued.
